The positive attributes of the north-facing “Seiser am Eck” are displayed by the blend of two pickings for this Sauvignon. The early harvest brings crisp, refreshing fragrance. The harvest two weeks later brings body and fully ripe fruit components.
A charming bouquet of fine gooseberries and elderflower; lusty and fresh with typical notes of white asparagus on the palate, harmonious finesse, intense but still pleasing reticent. Powerful finish of fine length. Especially delicious with light fish dishes or also as an aperitif!
