Juicy blackberry fruit with a touch of caramel and dark chocolate on the nose. Delicate toasty aromas and gentle tannins with a luxurious satiny texture on the palate.

We love to drink this with a juicy steak! It naturally also pairs superbly with other meat dishes, especially ragout.
