Almenkerk Sauvignon Blanc 2021

The 2019 Almenkerk Sauvignon Blanc shows fruity aromas of elderflower, gooseberry, white peach and paprika, underpinned by fresh granny smith apples, cut grass and refractory river pebbles. Built on natural acidity and a core of minerality. This wine has a round mouthfeel and a lingering aftertaste due to the prolonged contact with the lees.
Grapes grow at 305 meters above sea level in a sunny and windy place where the grapes suffer to develop beautiful concentrated flavors, no irrigation!
