GRAPES: merseguera (70%), chardonnay (30%)
VINIFICATION : Grapes are harvested in the early morning. The proportion of chardonnay ferments and then ripens for 6 months in wooden barrels. The wine is then blended with the merseguera from RSV tanks.
ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE: 13.50%
FRAGRANCE & TASTE: Fruity aromas of apricot and apple are followed by aromas of toast and hazelnuts. On the palate, the onset is luscious with again note and toast aromas emanating from
wood maturation and yeast. The finish is fresh with a beautiful expression.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Delicious with fried tuna or swordfish, but also goes well with fried chicken or other light poultry. Finally, surprisingly delicious with ceviche.
FACT: Merseguera is a grape that only grows around Valencia and is related to the Spanish torrontés.
