Production Area: Chile’s Colchagua Valley, located between the Coastal Range and the Andes.
Grape Varieties : 100% Chardonnay
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested the second week of March. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After the maceration period, 40% of the wine is aged for 11 months in French oak barrels
Color : Deep straw gold.
Bouquet : Sweet aromas of pear and pineapple mingle with hints of vanilla.
Taste : Richly structured, this elegant Chardonnay is well balanced and concludes with a creamy, lingering finish.
